Unfortunately the English language has lots of words that sound much the same or have a similar spelling but have a totally different meaning. Using the right words is very important, especially in business communications with clients and customers.

    I so hate it when people use “your” when they should be using “you’re”! I see this on Facebook all the time and it sometimes feels like 50% of the people using FB are just not understanding they are making an error in spelling. And don’t get me started on “alright” which is also very used although it shouldn’t even exist in our vocabulary!
